We're getting married!

We met at The Moon in Tallahassee in 2012. I was at a concert with my friends and ordering some drinks from the bartender-Chris! Chris said he thought I was cute so he decided to give some free shots to my friends and I. Apparently, his side of the story is that my friends and I drank them and I walked away! But something must have gone right because we exchanged numbers that night and the rest is history!

In July 2022, we took a road trip through Tennessee, the Smoky Mountains, to our final stop in Charleston (this is actually the trip we discovered Greenville). It was our anniversary and Chris and I had the funnest day biking and exploring the city. I actually had some suspicions this might be the big day because Chris told me to get my nails done before the trip (Chris telling me to get my nails done?!?!). Chris said knowing my curios mind too well, he covered the ring box in his pocket that day with a water bottle. Well he was right, because admittedly I may have patted his pockets to find out haha. I didn't think it was happening! We went for a walk on Rainbow Row when out of nowhere Hannah is standing on the sidewalk. I remember asking her, "what are you doing here?!" and when I turned around Chris was on one knee. Chris made the moment so special and its a day we will forever cherish and remember.
